We strive to close the digital divide by promoting high-quality broadband for anchor institutions and their communities. Our members include hundreds of commercial and nonprofit organizations who support our mission.

Released this spring, Boosting Broadband with E-Rate is a guide to how libraries and schools, working together, can leverage federal funds to bridge the digital divide in our rural communities. Evan Wolstencroft, Program Manager for Texas Rural Funders, provided a walkthrough of this new resource, complete with stories of success from rural Texas and insights for rural community partners looking to implement their own E-Rate strategy.
