SHLB is one of the leading national champions for open, affordable broadband for community anchor institutions. SHLB participates regularly in proceedings before the FCC, Capitol Hill, and Executive Branch.

SHLB Recommendations for Congress
As Congress works to pass an infrastructure funding package, SHLB asks negotiators to include provisions to close the digital divide. The U.S. must make significant investments both for deployment to unserved and underserved markets, as well as for digital inclusion to promote broadband adoption.
