Trent Harkrader

Trent Harkrader is a strategic advisor and founder of Wyanoke Strategies, providing counsel to organizations navigating federal technology policy and regulatory issues. He previously served as Chief of the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau, where he led a team of more than 150 professionals and oversaw major broadband deployment, affordability, and infrastructure initiatives. Trent also served in other senior roles across several FCC administrations. With more than 25 years of experience in broadband and technology policy, Trent has thrived at the intersection of government, industry, and public-private partnerships to advance large-scale policy initiatives.
