Tania Moneim is a dedicated educator and instructional leader with over two decades of experience in the K-12 education sector. Holding a Master's Degree in Educational Technology from the University of Missouri, she specializes in leveraging technology to enhance student engagement and promote equitable and inclusive learning environments. Her expertise includes instructional technology, culturally responsive instruction, and professional development focused on equity and instruction.
Her career began as an English Teacher and At-Risk Program Coordinator at Neuqua Valley High School, where she developed and administered a successful program utilizing technology to support students in need. Following this, she spent over a decade as an Instructional Technology Coordinator at Metea Valley High School, leading efforts to integrate technology into the curriculum and supporting staff in utilizing e-learning tools.
A passionate advocate for equity, Tania has also served as an Innovation & Equity Ambassador, facilitating workshops and leading discussions to raise awareness of equity issues and cultural competence. She is currently an Instructional Specialist for Equity and Innovation at the Indian Prairie School District, where she collaborates with teachers and administrators to design and deliver targeted professional development and personalized coaching.
