With over two decades of experience shaping federal policy for Alaska, Scott Leathard serves as Senior Legislative Counsel to U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan, playing a central role in advancing legislation and strategic advocacy on behalf of the state. A lifelong Alaskan born, he has worked for the Alaska congressional delegation since 2001 in both the U.S. House and Senate.
He holds a J.D. from the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America and a B.S. in Business Administration with a marketing emphasis from the University of Nevada, Reno.
