Professional Bio
Samyukta Dinesh is passionate about digital equity, tech policy, and making sure good ideas reach the people they're meant for, which is why she's thrilled to be doing exactly that as Marketing and Communications Manager at SHLB.
She comes to the role from Texas Instruments, where she developed employee and executive communications alongside vice presidents and leadership in the Technology and Manufacturing Group. Before TI, she was a Policy Fellow in the Office of the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education, contributing to the YOU Belong in STEM initiative with a focus on Kâ12 and rural digital equity. She got her start in public interest tech by interning with the City of Austin's Community Technology & Telecommunications Commission.
Samyukta holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Informatics from the University of Texas at Austin. When she's not at work, she's usually planning her next trip or logging miles on a long-distance cycling route.
