Rosy Campos has over 16 years of E-Rate compliance experience and has extensive experience with Information Technology procurement rules, regulations and processes. Rosy has management experience overseeing and developing the internal compliance training program of over 35 staff members.

Rosy’s experience includes statewide E-Rate training, strategic outreach and support for every step of the E-Rate application process for the California Department of Education (2020-2025). Rosy is well versed in navigating program changes and responding to all FCC/USAC audits and heightened scrutiny reviews. Rosy has filed dozens of USAC appeals and FCC waivers and has successfully recovered over $2.5 million dollars.
