Professional Bio

Philip Bonomo serves as Assistant Division Chief for the Rural Health Care Program in the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau. Prior to joining the federal government, Phil worked for more than 20 years in the private sector where he represented numerous clients before the FCC and other regulatory bodies. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Georgetown University Law Center.
