Lindsay Nelson

Lindsay Nelson, MSW, serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Kentucky Health Center Network (KHCN), where she leads strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen healthcare delivery across a statewide network of community health centers. She brings extensive experience in healthcare leadership, having previously served as COO at a community health center, along with a background spanning community development, outreach and enrollment, program design, and grant writing, evaluation, and management. Lindsay has driven system-wide improvements in quality, data infrastructure, and electronic health record optimization, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and patient-centered care. In her work advancing digital literacy and equity, she has supported the development of scalable models that train frontline staff as digital navigators, improving patient access to telehealth and digital health tools, particularly for rural and underserved populations.
