Kathy Carroll has over 16 years of experience with all phases of the E-Rate Program. With her previous experience with Telecommunications companies and their customers for more than 10 years, Kathy brings a wealth of regulatory and compliance knowledge and allows a unique perspective when working through issues involving both the applicant and the service provider. Kathy has extensive E-Rate experience working with applicants nationwide for E-Rate Compliance including State Departments of Education, State Library Systems, County Offices, Small, and Large K-12 School Districts in California and Hawaii.
