As Vice President of Community and Stakeholder Engagement at Kaptivate, she guides strategic communications efforts for broadband initiatives nationwide, including work with the NTIA Office of Minority Broadband Initiatives and the NTIA Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth. Kat has supported other federal agencies, national associations, and nonprofits to develop strategic engagement plans and accessible content that connect a wide range of audiences.
