Professional Bio
Kate Dumouchel serves as Deputy Division Chief for the Rural Health Care (RHC) Program in the Wireline Competition Bureau. Prior to joining the RHC team, Kate worked on the E-Rate program, was an FCC detailee to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and served in the FCC’s Office of General Counsel. Kate began her legal career in private practice. She received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her A.B. from Brown University.
