Kami Griffiths is the founding executive director of digitalLIFT, a nonprofit advancing digital inclusion through essential technology training and resources. With more than 20 years of experience, she has grown the organization into a recognized leader that serves thousands of adult learners and equips community-based instructors and organizations across the country to expand digital opportunity. A nationally recognized leader in digital equity, Kami is a founding board member of the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA) and was named a 2026 Charles Benton Digital Equity Champion in recognition of her leadership and impact in closing the digital divide. She is a frequent speaker on digital inclusion, community technology, workforce development, and aging, helping organizations and policymakers build sustainable, community-centered strategies that ensure everyone can fully participate in today's digital world.
