Professional Bio
JudeAnne Heath is the Executive Director of Hispanic Tech & Telecommunications Partnerships (HTTP), where she brings together policymakers, industry leaders, and grassroots organizations. Her work focuses on advocating for policies that encourage investment, economic mobility, and digital security, ensuring Latino communities and the nation as a whole, are well-equipped for the digital future.
Before her current role, JudeAnne served as HTTP’s National Programs Director, Senior Director of Community Affairs for LULAC, and Program Coordinator for LULAC National Educational Service Centers. Throughout her career, she has managed numerous community programs and events for litigation consulting firms, start-ups, and nonprofit organizations.
JudeAnne has represented HTTP on various technology and civil society roundtables as well as industry forums and agency convenings, including the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee (NAIAC). In 2024, she was appointed to the FCC's Advisory Committee on Diversity and Digital Empowerment. She currently serves on the board of the Hispanic Alumni of Notre Dame and resides in the Kansas City area with her family.
