Joe Valandra

Joseph Valandra is the President & CEO of Tribal Ready, PBC Tribal Ready is a Native-owned, managed, and governed company. Tribal Ready’s mission is supporting Tribal Sovereignty by focusing on supporting Native communities and providing resources and expertise. Tribal Ready believes in the history, character, strength, and values inherent in Native Nations. Tribal Ready also strongly believes in Natives controlling their own destiny. Tribal Ready is deeply committed to hard work and determination leading to the creation of expanding opportunities for all Natives.

Mr. Valandra served as the Executive Director of the Native American Contractors Association (“NACA”) for two years. Mr. Valandra also served as the Managing Director of VAdvisors, LLC a specialty advisory firm in Washington, DC founded in 2008. He also served as the Chief of Staff of the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) in Washington, DC. the federal regulatory agency with Indian gaming oversight responsibilities.

Mr. Valandra is a member of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota. He lives in the Washington DC area with his spouse Kelly. Kelly and Joe have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
