Professional Bio
Jesse Davis is a Policy Intern at InnovateEDU, where he supports work at the intersection of education, technology, and public policy. He previously served as CoSN’s 2026 Blaschke Education Technology Policy Fellow, developing a school district technology change management toolkit to help leaders engage their communities and sustain new practices.
At StepUp Durham, a nonprofit that helps people overcome barriers to employment and economic opportunity, Jesse researched digital literacy needs and developed recommendations to help participants build skills for work and daily life. His experience also includes K–12 AI policy research with the Center for AI and Digital Policy and service as a teaching assistant at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy.
Jesse holds a Master of Public Policy from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Berea College. He is committed to making emerging technologies accessible and useful for all learners.
