Jennifer Anthony

Jennifer Anthony is the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Proposal Management at Segra and brings more than 20 years of telecommunications industry experience. Prior to Segra, she held finance, billing and regulatory roles with MTA Solutions in Alaska and ATN International, supporting communications providers serving both remote rural communities and nationwide markets. Her expertise spans FCC and state regulatory compliance, E-Rate, Rural Health Care, Lifeline, High Cost, accessibility compliance, broadband funding initiatives, and public policy. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked across diverse operating environments, from rural and tribal service areas to multi-state and national networks, with a focus on expanding connectivity and supporting schools, libraries, healthcare providers, and underserved communities.
