Professional Bio

David L. Brady is the President and CEO of C-Tech Associates, with over 25 years of experience in workforce development and career and technical education. He leads national efforts to deliver hands-on, industry-certified training in broadband telecom, data centers, wireless, and satellite technologies, equipping learners with real-world skills for high-demand careers and creating access to career opportunities for ALL learners, particularly those facing systemic barriers.

A former educator and longtime C-Tech leader, David works closely with federal agencies and national organizations to expand access to career opportunities, especially for underserved communities. His mission is to build sustainable, future-ready workforce solutions through innovation, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
