Professional Bio
Delegate Daniel Linville represents Cabell County in the 22nd District of the West Virginia House of Delegates. Delegate Linville serves as Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Environment, Infrastructure and Technology. He served for three years as an Ex-Officio member of the West Virginia Broadband Enhancement Council representing the House of Delegates. His work on technology and broadband internet expansion in the West Virginia Legislature has been featured by the Pew Charitable Trusts, Forbes, Americans for Prosperity, Government Executive Media Group, Government Technology Magazine, and many more. Delegate Linville has also provided testimony about his broadband internet legislation before the North Carolina House of Representatives, the National Conference of State Legislatures 50th Annual National Meeting, and the Southern Legislative Conference of the Council of State Governments. In his private life, he is an Information Technology Director, a member of the Rotary Club of Milton, Cabell-Wayne Beekeeper’s Association, the Keith Albee Performing Arts Theater Board of Directors and several other charitable and civic organizations.
