Professional Bio

Dr. Dana Lambert is an educator and leader committed to bridging the gap between education and professional practice while empowering individuals to thrive in a digital, evolving world. As Director of Digital Equity at CSU Pueblo and CEO of EDUCATE Microschool Management System, she advances educational access, workforce readiness, and digital inclusion. A 2025 Woman of the Year awardee, Dana also serves on the state board of the Colorado Society of CPAs. She brings unique insight to the profession, emphasizing adaptability, ethical leadership, and lifelong learning. In her community, she supports wellness programs, food pantries, back-to-school drives, and leadership events. She recharges by kayaking and camping with family in Colorado’s outdoors.
