Joseph Ceasar is the Founder and Executive Director of Legacy Institute for Financial Empowerment (LIFE), an organization with the mission of improving financial stability and providing workforce development. While he was raised in Houston, Texas, he and his wife Allanah currently reside in Lufkin, Texas. He has over 20 years of experience as a Financial Advisor and a Financial Coach. Joe graduated from the United States Military Academy @ West Point with a B.S. in Political Science and from the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business with an MBA. He and his wife Allanah have been happily married for 10 years.
