April 27-29, 2016 2016-04-27 20:00:00 2016-04-29 00:00:00 15 2016 SHLB Annual Conference Conference Details  Description The Schools, Health & Libraries (SHLB) Broadband Coalition’s sixth Annual Conference will be held on April 27-29, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia (near DC Reagan National Airport).   The SHLB Conference attracts 250-350 people from across the country to discuss key broadband policy issues that are important to anchor institutions and their communities.
