The broadband landscape has changed dramatically. E-Rate faces perhaps its most consequential policy challenge in decades. USF continues to face challenges in the courts while its long-term structure is under review. Federal digital equity investments are shifting. And the organizations and partnerships that make up the broadband ecosystem are changing with them.

Rather than unveil a strategic plan built for a landscape that has continued to change beneath our feet, we're using our final conversation at AnchorNets to ask a bigger question: What does this coalition need to defend, where does it need to evolve, and what should SHLB lead next?
