E-Rate Competitive Bidding: Best Practices for Service Providers

Service providers operating in the E-Rate and Rural Health Care programs regularly encounter situations that aren't clearly addressed by program rules: where the right answer depends on context, timing, and how the situation is documented. This session puts a panel of program experts and experienced service provider representatives in front of the audience and walks them through real-world scenarios, asking how they'd navigate each one while staying compliant.

The goal is for attendees to leave with a clearer sense of how seasoned practitioners think through compliance risk, where the common pitfalls are, and how to document decisions in ways that hold up under PIA review or audit.
